December 2025 - Launching a Study on Safety and Efficacy for Seniors

Over the past few months, we had multiple meetings with local Medicare management companies to advocate for coverage of ketamine treatment. Their response was consistent: the existing research on ketamine's use in the senior population is too limited for them to approve coverage. Before they will consider reimbursement, they need clear evidence that ketamine is both safe and effective for patients over the age of 65.

Rather than wait for someone else to close this gap, the Ketamine Taskforce has designed a study to generate that evidence directly. We are now in the process of securing funding to make this research possible.

This is where we need your help. We're reaching out to the public to find donors who share our commitment to expanding safe, effective treatment access for seniors. Every contribution brings us closer to the data insurers have told us they require — and closer to the day when age is no longer a barrier to receiving this life-changing treatment.
